Hero Attack

You can make an attack on the following spokes:

Range and Line of Sight

The Hero need to be in range of the enemy, and have line of sight.

When you count the range of your Hero, you use the same approach as when you are calculating the range in line of sight.

Observe specially for attack through slit, that a melee Hero can attack through a slit - and that the range is counted from the Heros position, and that line of sight is calculated from the slits position.

Resolving Attacks

  1. You may boost your attack as described on the relevant spoke on The Stone of Destiny.
  2. When you are done boosting your attack, point out the target of you attack.
  3. You are not allowed to boost your attack after you have started to draw any Response Cards for the enemy's defence. E.g If you have some effect from treasure that makes it possible for you to draw two Response Cards and chose one, or to discard the first and draw again, then it is still not allowed to boost the attack.
  4. Draw a Response Card and add this to the Defense of the target.
  5. The attack is successful if your attack beats the defence of the target. Tie is not a hit!
  6. A successful attack deal 1 Damage to the target. An enemy with 1 Hitpoint dies and moves to the dead enemy pool.
  7. For enemies with more than one hit point place an enemy damage token under the enemy figure and the figure dies when the damage equals its hit points.
