You are not allowed to look at a wound card when you recive it. It goes to the top of your deck.

W3 Calf Wound "Discard one non-wound card from your hand" Cannot be used during aiding. This can be played during any action This can be played at the beginning of the Rest-spoke, however you must do the lower action after you have drawn your new hand. If you use it during aiding, the actions in the lower half is done bye the hero that is aiding.
W5 Brain Injury "2 / Either discard two non-wound cards from your hand or add one wound card to your deck" This can be used during aiding. This can be played during any action. This can be played at the beginning of the Rest-spoke, however you must do the lower action after you have drawn your new hand. If you use it during aiding, the actions in the lower half is done bye the hero that is aiding.
W9 Concussion "Play this card at the beginning of your turn, before you play any other cards or actions. / Your turn immediately ends. Cannot be used during aiding
W10 Cracked Skull "1 / Gain fatigue." This can be used during aiding. This can be played during any action. If this is used during aiding, the Fatigue is added to the hero that aids someone.
W13 Crushed Foot "You must spend +1 Action Point for each square of movement this turn" Cannot be used for aiding.
W15 Eye Wound Should say: "While this card is in your deck, your Range is 1". Cannot be used for aiding. This can be played during any action. This takes effect from the moment you get this card to you hand for the first time, until you get healed from it.
W24 Nightmares "Your starting hand size is 3. (Fill your hand to 3 cards during this action.)" Cannot be used for aiding.
W26 Kilforth Gloom "- RC / If you ever have 2 infestation cards in your hand, you immediately die, and an insectoid enemy spawns in your square". This can be used during aiding. The Response card is drawn each time you get this card to your hand, and keeps that value until the card leaves your hand.
W31 Severed Artery "Gain a Fatigue." Cannot be used for aiding.
W36 Unclean Wound "Gain a Fatigue." Cannot be used for aiding.
